个人简介：男，江西上饶人，管理学博士。现为江西水利电力大学工商管理学院讲师、硕士生导师。在国内外权威期刊发表论文10余篇，主笔4篇资政报告获省委领导肯定性批示；主持国家自然科学基金、江西省社会科学基金、江西省教育厅科技项目、江西省高校人文社科项目等；获中国商业联合会科学技术奖三等奖、校优秀共产党员等荣誉。当前担任Decision Support Systems、Journal of Enterprise Information Management、Information Technology & People、BMC Psychology等SSCI/SCI期刊匿名审稿人。主要研究方向为：数字技术与组织管理；企业数字化转型；在线平台用户行为。
